CBAYEXPRESS CORPORATION is a Canadian-based e-commerce company with multi- market presence across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify (Herbishh.com, BisonBody.com), eBay, and international marketplaces. Our flagship brand Herbishh specializes in hair care and personal care, scaling rapidly across global channels. We are now building a dedicated D2C team to grow Shopify into a major revenue channel.

Role Overview



The Shopify CRO / D2C Growth Manager will own the Shopify channel growth, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), AOV growth, retention, and customer lifetime

value. This person will act as the bridge between marketing, creative, and customer experience to maximize the performance of our D2C stores.

Key Responsibilities



Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)



Audit Herbishh.com and future brand sites. Run A/B tests across PDPs, landing pages, cart, and checkout. Optimize UX, speed, and mobile-first experience. Implement upsell, cross-sell, and bundle strategies. D2C Sales Growth Own the Shopify P&L (traffic ? conversion ? retention). Collaborate with Dhruvi (Head of Marketing) on paid media alignment. Ensure all ad-driven traffic lands on CRO-optimized pages.

Customer Journey & Retention



Work with Email/CRM Manager to improve flows (welcome, post-purchase, win- back, subscription). Increase AOV (bundles, upsells) and LTV (subscriptions, loyalty programs). Collaborate with Marketing Manager for omnichannel integration. Data & Analytics Monitor KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, LTV, CAC. Use attribution & analytics tools (GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam). Build weekly D2C performance dashboards for leadership. Collaboration & Execution Coordinate with creative team for CRO-focused assets (infographics, landing pages). Gather customer insights from Customer Success team for CRO experiments. Partner with inventory & product teams to align D2C launches with Amazon.

Requirements



3-5 years in Shopify CRO / D2C growth role. Proven track record of increasing conversion rates & AOV. Hands-on experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely). Familiarity with Shopify apps (Rebuy, Bold Bundles, Zipify, Recharge). Strong analytical skills (GA4, Triple Whale, Looker, or similar). Excellent communication & project management skills.

Nice-to-Have



Experience with beauty/personal care brands. Knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok Ads funnel optimization. Exposure to subscription/retention growth strategies.
