Key Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for Shopify clients
Manage end-to-end Shopify store operations and updates
Coordinate with
designers, developers, and marketing teams
Oversee product uploads, collections, pricing, and inventory updates
Monitor store performance, sales, and conversion metrics
Ensure timely delivery of tasks, fixes, and enhancements
Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools
Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally
Prepare performance reports and conduct regular client reviews
Upsell/cross-sell Shopify services based on store needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Shopify store management
Strong understanding of
eCommerce workflows & best practices
Excellent
client communication and account handling skills
Basic knowledge of
Shopify themes, apps, and functionality
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Familiarity with
analytics, reports, and sales tracking
Good problem-solving and coordination skills
Ready to relocate to Coimbatore
