To plan, execute, and continuously upgrade technical skill development programs for employees and associates, with a strong focus on welding, automobile systems, and heavy machinery, ensuring improved productivity, quality, and safety standards across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver technical training programs related to welding processes, automobile systems, and heavy machinery.
Conduct skill upgradation programs for shop-floor staff & contract workman.
Identify training needs through skill gap analysis and performance feedback.
Develop training modules, SOPs, presentations, manuals, and hands-on training content.
Conduct classroom sessions as well as practical, on-the-job training.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement metrics.
Coordinate with Manufacturing Operation teams to align training with operational requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices during training sessions.
Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of welding, automotive systems, and heavy machinery.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor practices.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train diverse groups with varying technical skill levels.
Hands-on, practical approach with problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic training documentation tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing / automotive / agricultural machinery industry preferred.
Prior experience in technical training, skill development, or shop-floor training will be an advantage.
