Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Eng.
Functional Area : Ability to plan and execute production schedules efficiently, Good communication and problem-solving skills.

The Shop Floor In-Charge will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day fabrication and production activities on the shop floor. The role involves leading a team involved in SS (Stainless Steel) and MS (Mild Steel) structural fabrication, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and timely execution of work orders.
Mandatory Key Skills :

• Oversee daily shop floor activities related to SS & MS structural fabrication.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and materials.
• Monitor progress, record daily production reports, and update management regularly.
• Strong knowledge of SS & MS structural fabrication processes.
• Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks for reading and understanding drawings.
