Job Title: Salesperson

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Take orders for custom cakes and baked goods Handle cash and billing and maintaining proper records Checking the counter stock and maintaining it properly, raising PO to kitchen for the products, coordinating with team icing team and handling over the cakes to customers properly. Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally.

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of bakery products and willingness to learn. Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
