Job Summary

Desi Dudhwala is looking for a

responsible and proactive candidate

to independently handle day-to-day operations of our franchise dairy shop. The role involves managing sales, inventory, customer service, staff coordination, hygiene standards, and home delivery operations while maintaining Desi Dudhwala's quality and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Daily Operations

Open and close the franchise shop on time Manage daily milk and dairy product sales (A2 Milk, Buffalo Milk, Ghee, Paneer, Curd, etc.) Ensure proper storage and handling of perishable dairy products Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
2. Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor daily stock levels of milk and dairy products Coordinate with central supply / vendors for timely replenishment Reduce wastage and manage spoilage effectively Maintain inward-outward stock records
3. Home Delivery & Subscription Management

Handle daily home delivery schedules Manage customer milk subscriptions and monthly billing Coordinate with delivery staff for timely deliveries Resolve delivery-related customer issues
4. Customer Handling & Sales

Greet customers and explain product benefits (especially A2 milk) Handle walk-in customers and phone/WhatsApp orders Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally Promote new products and offers
5. Cash, Billing & Reporting

Handle daily cash, UPI, and digital payments Prepare daily sales reports Maintain basic accounts, billing, and payment follow-ups Share daily/weekly performance updates with management
6. Staff Coordination

Supervise delivery boys / helpers (if any) Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper behavior Train staff on hygiene and customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

12th Pass / Graduate

(preferred) Experience in

dairy, FMCG, retail shop, or franchise operations

preferred Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and cash handling Ability to use

smartphone apps, WhatsApp, and basic software

Good communication skills (Marathi mandatory, Hindi/English preferred) Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly nature
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
