Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Bake Shop Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all shop activities, maintain high standards of quality and service, and manage the team efficiently to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

day-to-day operations

of the bake shop to ensure smooth running. Supervise production, display, sales, and customer service activities. Maintain

inventory control

, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently. Ensure high standards of

cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety

are maintained at all times. Monitor product quality, presentation, and freshness. Handle

cash management

, billing, and daily sales reports. Plan and execute promotional activities or seasonal offers to boost sales. Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance. Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain positive relationships. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bakery / cafe / F&B retail management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Good communication and customer-handling abilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving efficiently. Candidates

residing in or near Thrissur

will be given preference.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,487.61 - ₹36,891.01 per month
