We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented office staff member to join our camera rental shop. The staff will be responsible for managing daily rentals, assisting customers, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth shop operations. Basic knowledge of camera equipment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with equipment selection and rental process
Explain rental terms, equipment functionality, and basic usage instructions
Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and equipment condition
Inspect returned items for damage, functionality, and completeness
Track inventory and alert management maintenance needs
Handle phone calls, online enquiries professionally
Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash register
Upsell or recommend additional gear based on customer needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and rental area
Qualifications & Skills:
Basic knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and related gear
training in media or photography is a plus
Prior experience in a rental shop, retail, or customer service is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Dependable, honest, and detail-oriented
Working Hours:
9am- 9pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
