We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food retail outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high food safety standards, manage staff effectively, and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to prevent shortages or waste.
Maintain accurate records of sales, budgets, and expenses.
Team Leadership:
Train, and supervise staff to ensure a productive and motivated team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
Customer Service:
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
Sales & Marketing:
Monitor sales trends and develop plans to increase revenue.
Assist in developing and executing local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in managerial roles in the food industry (Preferred 3-5 years)
Qualification Any graduation
