Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Opening/closing procedures, managing daily workflow, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining store appearance.

Staff Leadership:

Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and motivating employees.

Sales & Finance:

Achieving sales goals, analyzing performance, implementing sales strategies, budgeting, expense control, and managing cash flow.

Inventory Control:

Monitoring stock levels, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, and managing product placement.

Customer Experience:

Ensuring high standards of customer service, resolving complaints, and creating a positive shopping environment.

Merchandising:

Implementing visual displays, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing product appeal.

Compliance & Security:

Enforcing safety regulations, loss prevention measures, and adherence to all company policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
