Shop Foreman

to oversee daily operations at our dry cleaning shop. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, manage pick-up and delivery schedules, and ensure a smooth workflow within the shop. A bike is required for this role; conveyance allowance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in and returning customers with professionalism and courtesy. Manage customer orders, garment tagging, and billing processes. Coordinate and execute timely pick-up and delivery of garments from customers' locations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop. Track and report inventory of cleaning materials and supplies. Communicate effectively with the backend laundry and ironing teams to ensure quality and timely service. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th pass or above. Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred. Must own a two-wheeler (bike); valid driving license required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, reliable, and organized. Basic knowledge of handling smartphones and delivery tracking apps.
