Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day showroom floor activities
Manage and guide sales staff on the floor
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and visual standards
Assist customers and resolve complaints politely
Monitor staff attendance, breaks, and discipline
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and store manager
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
Support peak-hour crowd and staff management
Requirements
Minimum 2+
years experience
as Floor Supervisor
Experience in
retail, textile, garment, or showroom environment
preferred
Good communication skills (Tamil required; English basic)
Leadership and people-handling skills
