Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze store performance to maximize sales and profits
Ensure that store standards are upheld in areas such as customer service, store cleanliness, and product display
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store staff
Ensure that store policies and procedures are communicated and enforced
Address customer complaints and resolve any issues
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
Enforce safety procedures and maintain security systems
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience in retail management
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to motivate and lead a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of MS Office and retail software programs
