Job Title: Store Floor Manager - Premium Saree Showroom

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused

Floor Manager

to lead showroom operations for our

premium saree segment

. The role requires a strong blend of

sales leadership, team management, and exceptional customer experience

, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's elegance and quality.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of

silk sarees, customer styling, and retail floor operations

, and can drive both

sales performance and service excellence

.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily showroom floor operations and ensure a

seamless customer experience

. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve

daily and monthly sales targets

. Personally handle

high-value customers

, bridal clients, and special requirements. Ensure accurate product presentation, saree displays, and visual merchandising standards. Guide customers on

saree selection, styling, fabric knowledge, zari quality, and occasion-based recommendations

. Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and coordinate with the backend team for replenishment. Address customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism. Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and service etiquette among floor staff. Coordinate with management on sales performance, staff productivity, and improvement areas.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

2-4 years of experience

as a Floor Manager / Senior Sales Lead in a

premium saree or ethnic wear showroom

. Strong product knowledge of

Silk sarees, Fancy and Cotton.

Proven ability to lead teams and drive

target-oriented sales

. Excellent communication skills in

Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and English

(additional languages are an advantage). Strong customer-handling skills with a

luxury retail mindset

. Well-groomed, confident, and professional in approach. Willingness to work on weekends and peak sale periods.
