Candidates Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shop Manager to independently handle day to-day operations of our surgical retail store.

The role involves managing inventory, sales, and ensuring smooth functioning of the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management Maintain stock levels of surgical and medical supplies Track expiry dates and ensure proper storage Handle purchase orders and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.

Sales & Customer Service

Attend to walk-in customers and provide product guidance Generate bills and manage POS/cash handling Maintain excellent service and professional communication.

Shop Operations:

Open/close the shop Ensure display and product arrangement Maintain daily sales and inventory records Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred Prior experience in retail/medical store/surgical shop is an advantage Basic computer knowledge (billing & inventory software) Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Preference:

Thane candidates or candidates in central line from Dadar to Kalyan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
