Shop Assistant
Job Description
Customer service: Greet customers, provide product information, answer questions, resolve complaints, and recommend products. Sales and transactions: Process sales accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, handle returns, and potentially upsell. Inventory and restocking: Receive new shipments, check for quality and quantity, stock shelves, rotate stock (moving older products to the front), and report discrepancies. Store maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes cleaning shelves and setting up promotional displays.

Pay: ₹18,900.00 - ₹35,880.00 per month
