Exciting Opportunity: Shop Assistant (Female)

Living in Bhubaneswar near CS pur

Rishika Threads and Fabrics is looking for a shop Assistant to support our shop. This role is ideal for individuals residing in the nearby Housing Board Colony, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the daily activities and customer handling. Help drive sales by promoting products and upselling when appropriate. Help in preparing materials, cutting and organizing stock. Ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-presented. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations. Maintain a positive learning environment with the customers Address any immediate issues or queries customers may have

Working Hours:

8-10 hours a day will be discussed during the interview

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation preferred) Strong communication skills in hindi and local language Patience and enthusiasm for working with customers Residing in or near the Housing Board Colony, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar
