About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making samples starting from rough design drawings
2. Working on quality checks and overseeing production
3. Working to provide technical education to employees to increase the aesthetics of designs
4. Managing all communication regarding design specification and compliance to same in the manufacturing unit
5. Creating all kinds of shoes and slippers design and pattern making
6. Working on complete shoe sample making before making the final knifes
7. Working on material selection for related products
8. Working on BOM & costing of all articles
9. Developing a product technical specification datasheet
10. Developing SOPs to maintain the product standards during the production process
11. Checking the quality and approving samples of manufactured items

Required:

1. The candidate has good knowledge of safety shoes
2. Candidates have good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Candidates have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
