o Oversee crewing contract compliance, legal adherence, and general oversight over legal and industry standard compliance of crewing agencies.

Ship & Crewing Management
o Identify ships solely staffed by foreign agencies with no SMRSPL involvement. Attend MOC meetings for crewing section.
o Ensure proper documentation, verification, and adherence to processes.
3.
SEA Sign-Off & Final Approval
o Implement a robust final review process for Seafarer Employment Agreements (SEAs) before agencies sign them. Ensure all documentation/entries in AHOY are updated.
o Establish a final check in SAC to confirm SEAs align with company policies.
4.
Seafarer Document Verification & Irregularities
o Ensure Crewing agencies are completing validation of seafarers' documents in SAC .
o Address detected irregularities swiftly with crewing agencies.
5.
Follow-Up & Compliance on PJF/PJB & Deviations
o Track the completion and correctness of PJF/PJB processes for vessels not under SMRSPL.
o Ensure that deviation process is followed when discrepancies are found and ensure DOC awareness.
6.
Training & Certification Oversight
o Verify courses like BTRM/ERRM are conducted via our approved institutes in foreign countries.
o Monitor crew appraisals and training completion for foreign agencies supplied crew.
o Assign and track Seably courses for relevant foreign crew.
7.
Data Collection & Reporting
o Collate data across all areas above.
Provide reports for review in Management Review (MR).
