Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced

Logistics Coordinator

to manage and oversee all aspects of shipping and logistics operations. This is a

remote role

that requires working in alignment with

USA time zone (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday)

. The ideal candidate will have

at least 5 years of relevant experience

and be proficient in coordinating with

shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers

to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land) Communicate with

shipping lines

,

freight forwarders

,

trucking companies

, and

customers

to ensure timely cargo movement Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.) Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders Handle exceptions, delays, and problem resolutions proactively Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation Work closely with internal teams such as sales, warehousing, and finance Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers and logistics providers Maintain detailed and accurate shipment records in internal systems Provide daily and weekly logistics reports to management

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience

in logistics coordination or international freight forwarding Strong understanding of international shipping, incoterms, and customs procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Reliable internet connection and fully equipped home office fluent in english Ability to work

Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM USA Time (Eastern, Central, or Pacific)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with US-based companies or clients Knowledge of US customs regulations and port operations Familiarity with global trade compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
