As soon as a lead for Customs Clearance is matured an EL Number for the product of Customs clearance will be allocated in EL SL register.
EPCG License Registration
:
EPCG License will be registered in the Customs Port where the Port of Registration has been mentioned in the License.
Documents required for EPCG License Registration:
1. Bond
2. Affidavit
3. Bank Guarantee
4. Export House Certificate / GST Paid certificate (in case of B.G Exemption)
5. KYC Documents
Bond Calculation:
Bond Amount will be calculated as per Bond calculation sheet
Bank Guarantee Amount:
In case of Bank Guarantee an amount equivalent to 15% of duty saved amount will be applicable
Procedure for EPCG License Registration:
The Bond & Affidavit will be prepared on Rs 100 stamp paper duly notarized. All the KYC documents along with the Bond & Affidavit will be sent to the CHA of respective Customs Port
Scope of Work:
Preparing the draft format of Bond and Affidavit and send to the party for final print and signature. Follow up the CHA for Registration at Customs Port. Dwell time for License Registration is 2 days.
Import Clearance:
The documents required for the customs clearance.
1. Invoice
2. Packing List
3. Bill of Lading
4. Certificate of Origin,
5. Machine Catalogue
Filing of BoE:
The BoE should be filed before the arrival of the vessel in the Port. Otherwise, Late filing penalty will be incurred @ Rs. 5000 per day for 3 days and then after @ Rs. 10,000 per day.
Checklist:
As soon as the copy documents are received from the importer the full set of documents will be forwarded to CHA for preparing the checklist for Bill of Entry. The checklist will be checked and confirmed by us as well as by the importer. A written mail of confirmation should be obtained from the importer
BOE Assessment and Cargo Examination:
After filing the BoE, the BoE will be assessed, and the cargo will be examined by the CHA. Follow up has to be obtained from the CHA
Shipping Line Delivery order:
CHA will send a Mail to the shipping Line to obtain the Invoice and the required documents for the issuance of delivery order. We will coordinate with the CHA and the client for the issuance of the delivery order
Out of charge & Delivery of the cargo:
We shall coordinate with the CHA and the client for the out of charge and delivery of the shipment.
Allotment of SL Number and Billing to the CHA:
Once the shipment is cleared a SL number will be allocated and the accounts department will be assigned to arise a Bill to the CHA for our service charges.

Enquiry for Ocean / Sea freight and Customs Clearance:
As soon as we receive the enquiries for ocean/Air freight and customs clearance we shall send the enquiry to the respective CHA.
Quotation/BO:
A formal quotation will be sent to the Client after adding our profit share. On maturing the quotation, we shall approve the quotation with the CHA and the BD section will send the Business Offer to the client for approval.
