Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized

Shipping Executive

to manage order dispatch, shipping coordination, and timely delivery of products to customers. The role requires ensuring smooth logistics operations, coordinating with courier partners, maintaining accurate records, and supporting warehouse & operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily order dispatches and shipments from the warehouse. Manage courier tie-ups, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans. Update shipment status in the system and share tracking details with customers. Handle customer queries regarding delivery status and escalate issues where necessary. Maintain records of dispatched, in-transit, and delivered orders. Monitor returns & reverse logistics process. Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations. Support warehouse staff in packaging and labeling when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce). 1-3 years of experience in shipping/logistics/e-commerce operations. Knowledge of courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
