Job Profile:
The position will be responsible for
- Warehouse improvement using LEAN tools, Managing inventory & better space utilization
- Co-ordinate with warehouse team & sharing block wise destuffing & storage plan on weekly basis
- Planning of day to day production activities & share with warehouse team
- Continuous Improvement in Import documentation & overall process.
- Process Improvement in unit price checking / Invoicing & Export documentation. E-Way bill/VGM etc.
- Maintaining MIS reports for Management use & decision making
- Coordinate with Inbound team & share documents with CHA for filing bill of entry related to the respective Import shipments.
- Follow up with CHA for THC payment, release of DO & pick up of import container, ensuring Zero Demurrage/ GR
- Follow up with CHA for endorsement of all Custom documents relating to import, Export on weekly basis
- Follow up with local CHA for getting the post shipment documents endorsed by customs relating to import within the time.(weekly basis)
