We are hiring a

Shipment Expert

with practical experience working exclusively with

U.S.-based shipping companies

. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of U.S. logistics processes, freight coordination, and documentation. You will be responsible for managing shipments end-to-end, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining smooth communication with clients and carriers in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of shipment processes including booking, documentation, dispatch, and delivery confirmation. Coordinate with U.S.-based freight carriers, brokers, and clients for shipment planning and execution. Track shipments in real-time and proactively handle delays, exceptions, or reroutes. Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and shipping documentation requirements. Maintain shipment logs, update internal systems, and ensure accuracy of records. Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S. stakeholders during working hours in the U.S. time zone.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience handling shipments with U.S.-based shipping or logistics companies. Strong understanding of U.S. shipping methods including LTL, FTL, and international freight. Familiarity with logistics software, TMS, and carrier portals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
