We are looking for

General Shift Supervisors

to join our

Assembly Department

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the security seal assembly line Supervise and coordinate assembly workers to ensure efficiency and quality

Maintain shift schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets

Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies on the shop floor

Provide training and guidance to workers as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment preferred

Strong leadership and people management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes
