Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Shift Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our retail petrol outlet. The successful candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the shift, maintain service quality, manage staff, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts Monitor fuel dispensing, cash handling, and billing processes Ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained Handle staff allocations, shift rosters, and performance monitoring Maintain stock records for fuel, lubricants, and store items Conduct routine safety checks and ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines Manage shift-wise reporting, documentation, and cash reconciliation Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently Coordinate with management for operational requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum qualification:

Plus Two (+2) or above

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a petrol pump/retail outlet or similar supervisory role Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations Basic knowledge of inventory and cash management Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to shift duties
