Job Summary:

Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd., a leading chemical manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Factory Supervisor

to oversee daily plant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain safety and quality standards, and supervise factory personnel to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams. Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and support staff. Enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain documentation related to production, safety, maintenance, and compliance. Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair and upkeep of machinery and equipment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations. Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for plant staff.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of chemical plant operations, safety procedures, and production planning. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills. Familiarity with ISO standards, ETP/STP operations, and hazardous material handling. Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Industrial Safety or Process Safety Management. Experience with continuous and batch processing. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., Pollution Control Board, Factory Act). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Familiarity with production software and Microsoft Office tools. Male Candidate required
