The Shift Supervisor will assist in supervising and monitoring the production activities in the Open-End (OE) Spinning department. The role involves ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and ensuring safety and discipline among the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage shift operations in the OE spinning section.
Ensure all machines run efficiently with minimal downtime.
Assist in planning and achieving daily production and quality targets.
Maintain records of production, waste, and machine performance.
Supervise operators, doffers, and helpers to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify and report any mechanical or electrical issues to maintenance.
Ensure proper material feeding (sliver) and monitor yarn quality continuously.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the department.
Conduct shift handovers and communicate key points to the next supervisor.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and quality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
