Shift Supervisor

Candidate Profile:

Minimum

2 to 5 years of experience

cone winding (preferably RNRC machines)

. Strong knowledge of

yarn counts

shade matching

, and

quality inspection

procedures. Ability to handle shift responsibilities independently in a textile production environment. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts (Day/Night)

Key Skills:

RNRC Cone Machine Operation Shift Management Production & Manpower Planning Quality Control (Colour / Shade / Yarn Defects) Reporting & Documentation
