Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team in manufacturing automotive tires using injection molding machines. You'll oversee production operations, ensure quality and efficiency, and lead a team of operators to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:

- Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand.

- Ensure efficient use of resources, including machines and labor.

2. Team Management:

- Supervise and lead a team of 25 operators per shift.

- Provide training, guidance, and feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations.

3. Quality Control:

- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

- Implement quality control processes and procedures.

4. Machine Management:

- Oversee operation of 20+ injection molding machines and 100+ molds.

- Ensure machines are properly maintained and running efficiently.

5. Troubleshooting:

- Identify and resolve production issues, including machine downtime and quality problems.

- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.

- Comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

7. Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor production metrics, including productivity, quality, and efficiency.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and tire manufacturing.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
