Role:

Shift Supervisor / Production Engineer (Paint shop / surface treatment)

Reporting to:

SR. ENGINEER

Required Education cum Total Experience



Option 1:

BE (Mech) / 2 to 5 Years

Option 2:

Dip (Mech) / 5 to 8 Years

Minimum Exp based on Profile

Minimum exp for Nature of Work



1. Knowledge of Paint shop / coating / surface treatment field & pre-treatment.

2. Knowledge of Painting Process like Liquid Painting, Spray painting, powder coating, PT line

3. Knowledge of Painting Standard

4. Knowledge of ERP System

5. Knowledge of Drawing reading and Painting specification ISO / EN / STM standard

6. Experience as a team member in Process Improvement

7. Able to manage 15-30 no's Team Size

Out of Total Experience Required, How Many Years in the above-mentioned Experience Required:

Minimum 1 Years / 3 Years



Job Profile / Responsibility



1. Daily morning meeting in shift starting with all associates to update attendance and record in register & Accountable for Daily Production of Team Members.

2. Work allocation to associates station wise with respect to Plan from PPC

3. Lead Team Members of 30-70 People

4. Monitor Team Members' Day-to-day Activity on the shop floor.

5. Ensure Product Manufacturing done as per Drawing and Quality Requirement.

6. Maintain Daily production report of Team Members.

7. Managing and Maintain Team discipline

8. Monitoring every station like. Blasting, Painting, Pickling, Powder coating, Zinc-plating, Chromicizing, buffing.

9. Accountable to Offer product to Q.C and get it clear and transfer to next process through System

10. Check every tools & tackle condition and update health record to Sr.engineer for any future maintenance require

11. Daily manage Hazardous waste disposed as per EHS norms and raise issue slip and submit to Sr.Engineer.

12. Maintain record of daily Std time Vs Actual time of all Production planning activity and quality offered parts

13. Register the complaint if any blockage from Maintenance site in DHT ticket base system.

14. Maintain Daily Production Report of Team Members.

15. All require ISO & Internal check sheet , notice board , Business deployment board to be update as per define frequency from QMS and department head

16. Accountable for Maximum Utilization of Resource.

17. Prepared check-sheet in advance to offer okay production parts and cleared from quality and moved parts to next station
