Shift Supervisor - Aerospace Industry

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

Experience:

4-7 years in Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced

Shift Supervisor

to lead our production operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts. The ideal candidate will oversee daily machining, assembly, and quality processes, maintaining top-notch aerospace manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily production activities on the shop floor
Monitor shift targets, machine utilization, and operator performance
Coordinate with Quality, Planning & Maintenance teams for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards
Maintain shift reports and production data in ERP systems
Promote continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices
Train and guide operators to enhance productivity and efficiency

Key Skills:

Knowledge of VMC operations & aerospace component manufacturing
Familiarity with AS9100 standards
Strong leadership, team-handling & communication skills
Hands-on with MS Office & ERP systems
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen & Lean principles

Shift:

Rotational (Morning / Evening / Night)

Reporting To:

Production Head / Plant Manager
