Job Description
Job Title Key Responsibilities: . Manage and supervise all staff during their shift, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and performing their duties to the highest standard. . Ensure that all food is prepared, cooked, and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, in accordance with Pizza Hut\'s recipes and standards. . Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and that their needs are met promptly. . Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed and that schedules are created and maintained to meet operational needs. . Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and receiving deliveries as needed. . Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations and procedures. . Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications and Experience: . High school diploma or equivalent is required. . Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. . Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
