Position Overview:

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift. The role ensures smooth operations, manpower management, quality output, and adherence to safety standards in the production unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations and ensure shift targets are achieved. Manage and allocate manpower effectively across workstations. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs. Ensure adherence to quality standards and production SOPs. Maintain shift production reports and documentation. Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment. Conduct shift-wise handover meetings for smooth production continuity. Train and guide production staff for improved efficiency. Handle shift-related issues and escalate concerns to the Production Manager when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in production supervising (manufacturing/packaging industry preferred).
