Required Education cum Total Experience



Option 1:

B.E (Mech) / 2-4 Years

Option 2:

Diploma In Mech / 5-8 Years

Designation:

Production Supervisor / Engineer

Exp in Year:

Min Exp 2 years

Minimum exp for Nature of Work



1. Knowledge of Welding Process like MIG/TIG & its Parameters

2. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.

3. Knowledge of Welding Standards and Symbols.

4. Knowledge of welding defects and source of occurrence.

5. Able to understand drawings and BOM.

6. Able to manage a minimum of 100 team members.

7. Knowledge of ERP system.

Out of total Experience required, how many years in above mentioned Experience required: Minimum 2 / 3 Years



Job Profile / Responsibility



1. Raise issue slip for consumable tools as per plan.

2. Allocate manpower resources as per shift plan given by PPC

3. Check in process work at every station & ensure work is carried out as per standard defined process.

4. Check the daily production report of every station.

5. Make system entry as per actual report.

6. Offer product to quality after finishing every process.

7. Identify process improvement to reduce rework and process time.

8. Monitor absenteeism of workers and report to shift in charge.

9. Maintain 5S at each workstation and shop floor.

10. Escalate design, planning & previous department issue to shift in charge.

11. Raise machine breakdown memo in system & take follow up to close.

12. Identify shortage of resources and highlight to shift in charge.

13. Give on-the-job training to workers to reduce defects and process time.

14. Review skill of each worker in interval of 3 month and give to shift in charge.

15. Prepare shift schedule and get it approved from shift in charge.

16. Prepare shift OT memo as per production requirement or against absenteeism of workers.

17. Handover shift to next shift supervisor with written shift production report

18. Raise leave of worker in system and approve the same.
