3 to 5 Years (in Warehouse / Logistics / Distribution Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including

receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

of goods. Effectively manage and monitor

labor workforce

, ensuring productivity and discipline. Coordinate with

transport vendors and drivers

for timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods. Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock management. Ensure goods are handled, stored, and dispatched safely and in compliance with quality standards. Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management. Maintain warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards. Resolve issues related to transport, manpower, and goods handling to avoid operational delays.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of

warehouse operations, labor management, and transportation coordination

. Good leadership and team-handling skills. Ability to resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a

Warehouse Supervisor

in logistics, warehouse, or distribution industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,800.00 - ₹23,700.00 per month
