Responsible for development of lab dip as per the SOP and to meet the daily target. To dispatch the developed lab dip to the concerned customers in the market. Recipe preparation for costing and coordinate with costing department through phone, mail or personal visit. Recipe preparation for costing and coordinate with marketing department through phone, mail or personal visit. Coordinate with marketing department for any Melange lab dip related issue. Make the recipe of new shade card and put it in volume 4. To prepare Tairo status report and update marketing department on periodic bases or as and when they require information about it. To maintain Lab Dip status report and update marketing department on periodic bases or as and when they require information about it. Adhering to the instructions of HOD while addressing any technical issues and report abnormalities to HOD immediately. Maintain stock of new lab dip developments and melange shade cards. Maintain a Library of all new products developed and index the same in easy search records. Responsible for 5S in in the department and proper record keeping.
