Maintain operation of paper cup machines producing paper cups or tubs. Cleaning machines and surroundings, starting and stopping finishers, loading blanks on to finishers and loading bottom stock on to finishers.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders : Set up, operate, or tend machines
2) Starting/stopping machines.
3) Cleaning of the machine and department surroundings.
4) Loading paper stock
5) Working in a safe manner
6) Quality inspections
7) Operating various machines (set up, change over, maintain) to produce paper blanks, cups or plastic lids
8) Assist in other areas or perform other duties, as assigned.
Required Skills:
a. Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
b. Ability to operate or to quickly learn to operate various paper cup machines and related software.
c. Ability to follow instructions and train juniors.
d. School experienced - Diploma
e. Minimum 6 years of related experience preferred.
