Shift Manager

to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Summary:

As a Shift Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensure excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to deliver efficient and profitable service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage team members during the shift Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards Manage inventory and ensure stock availability Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally Train and guide new staff members Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Prepare daily shift reports and assist in store audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or hospitality role Strong leadership and communication skills Basic knowledge of POS systems and food safety standards Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
