Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Open and close the store, including cash handling and daily reports
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times
Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues
Train and onboard new team members
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role (hospitality or retail preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic cash handling and POS system experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
