The Shift Manager oversees daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. They ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise front and back-of-house operations during shifts
Lead and motivate team members to deliver top-quality service
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Manage cash handling and daily shift reports
Train and support new staff members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow
