Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage team members during the shift.
Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control.
Train new team members and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Conduct daily shift briefings and end-of-shift reports.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the outlet/store.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and back-end teams (if applicable).
Handle cash transactions, billing, and POS operations.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shift Manager, Team Leader, or similar role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume periods.
Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office preferred).
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Hours:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
