Job Overview:
As a Shift Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and operational efficiency while managing staff and coordinating emergency logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Master menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Maintain kitchen sanitization standards

Track inventory and report stock levels accurately

Requirements:
