Qualification:

12th Pass & Above

Experience

: 6 months experience as shift manager or 1 Year experience as senior team member in QSR , We do hire guest relationship executive from QSR background

Salary

: ₹18,k take home - ?23k CTC + Monthly Incentives

Key Responsibilities

:

-Supervise and manage daily outlet operations

-Staff scheduling, training & team performance monitoring

-Inventory, stock & food cost control

-Ensure hygiene, food safety & customer satisfaction

-Report shift performance to the Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

-Only Male Candidates

-Age: 18 - 33 years

-Strong leadership & team-handling skills

-Willingness to work in rotational shifts & week offs

Prior experience in QSR brands (Domino's, McDonald's , KFC, Burger King, etc.) preferred
