Experience: 6+ years
Designation: Shift Lead/Incident Manager(GCP)
Location: Bangalore (on-site)
:

• Shift lead should still be an Individual Contributor (IC) only and we are looking out for person who is more Technical here (almost 80 % to be Tech side and 20% as an Incident Management )
• ITIL Skills especially on Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Good Troubleshooting skills, Communicating with Different stakeholders and coordination with L3 Team
• Escalation Management and MIM handling
• Have good exposure on GCP, APM tools like DT, JIRA (creating dashboard, Reporting Preparations to Senior Management, Service now.
• Good at System Design and Architecture preferably from BFSI background
