Job Description

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, providing technical guidance and driving the verification process. Verification Strategy: Define and drive the verification strategy and planning for IP, subsystem, or full-chip level designs. Methodology Development: Implement and guide team members on various verification aspects, including verification plan, test cases, testbench architecture, debugging, and regression. Test Environment Development: Develop and maintain scalable and reusable testbench components using methodologies like constrained-random and coverage-driven verification. Coverage & Debugging: Track functional coverage metrics to ensure closure and guide the team in identifying and debugging design issues. Collaboration: Work closely with RTL design, firmware, and software teams to understand design intent and resolve discrepancies. Risk Management: Drive regular reviews of verification status, risks, and issues with stakeholders. Post-Silicon Support: Support post-silicon validation teams with test vectors and failure analysis.

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹39,200.00 per month
