Job responsibilities

• Deliver project data on time while maintaining the highest possible quality standards.
• Quickly understand and adapt to new project requirements.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of QA processes for data entry.
• Actively communicate and participate in project-related forums and discussions.
• Optimize existing workflows and continuously provide feedback to enhance tools and processes.
• Analyze customer feedback, monitor satisfaction metrics, and support initiatives to improve performance indicators.
