Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily powder coating and gasketing operations during assigned shift Plan and allocate tasks based on production schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) Ensure availability of consumables (e.g., powder, masks) and maintain inventory levels Manage manpower allocation across coating, gasketing, and packing sections Monitor machine and manpower utilization and submit production reports Address non-conformities, coordinate rework, and ensure QA approval Maintain and update production records, QMS documents, and MIS reports Ensure shop floor compliance with safety, 5S, and quality procedures Provide training on safety, quality systems, and machine handling to team members Identify skill gaps and maintain updated training and competency records Enforce discipline, productivity, and adherence to work timings during shifts Report issues related to rejections, material requirements, or unsafe conditions
