Major Deliverables

Supervise and coordinate the activities of shift personnel involved in HVAC operations and general maintenance. Monitor HVAC system performance, including chillers, air handling units, compressors, and ventilation systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks of HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, standard operating procedures and energy efficiency standards. Support emergency response operations, including HVAC failure or climate control issues.

Essential Attributes & Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility management or HVAC maintenance, including supervisory roles. Working knowledge of HVAC systems and energy monitoring tools. Ability to interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Familiarity with industry safety and compliance standards.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?280,000.00 per year
