Role
As a TM/LINE INCHARGE you have to manage the Shift production of frame assembly through optimum utilisation of resources and Ensuring best quality and safety practices to achieve production demand
A purpose driven role for you
Key Responsibilities:-

• Achieve daily shift Production Target through hourly production monitoring , man management and team skill planning.
• Improve Product Quality by strengthening of DWM activities
• Achieve Cost targets on shift basis
• Improve Operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM activities on line
• To improve and Sustain good relations with Team Members and ensure safe work Environment on line

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have exposure of assembly process.( Preferably Frame/Vehicle Assembly)
